F430 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the f430 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the f430 platform via our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use f430's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and f430 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed full acceptance of those changes. f430 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
The f430 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by their local laws from participating in online betting activities. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the f430 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. f430 will not be liable for any loss arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
F430 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time as part of the account verification (KYC) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an f430 user, you agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, or in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the security and integrity of the platform. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use unauthorised third-party software, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or otherwise assign their account or credit balance to any third party. All deposits and winnings belong solely to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another individual.
F430 uses automated detection systems to identify suspicious gameplay patterns. Any activity deemed to constitute abuse, bonus exploitation, or attempted fraud will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. f430's decision in such matters is final.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the f430 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including internet banking, digital wallets, and payment channels approved by f430 from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by f430 and are subject to change in line with current policy. All successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe stated in the payment guide. f430 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
For withdrawals, users must ensure their account has completed full identity verification. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit or to a method registered under the account holder's name. f430 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification where required for anti-money laundering compliance.
Any bonus, promotional credit, or free reward credited to an account is subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
F430 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, service disruptions due to technical maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control such as system failures, natural disasters, or actions by regulatory authorities. f430's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f430 platform — including logos, designs, software code, graphics, text, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of f430 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of this content without prior written consent from f430.
Third-Party Links
The f430 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment gateways. f430 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
F430 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification, requests from authorities or regulatory bodies, or at f430's discretion for platform security reasons. If an account is closed due to user misconduct, any balances tied to bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited. Valid deposit balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Changes to Terms
F430 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where f430 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, or the use of the f430 platform, shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by f430 and, where necessary, through a competent tribunal or court.
